New ECNL team in Moco?

They don’t even have teams in every age group… how could they possibly become ECNL.

I saw they have an ECNL team in Michigan so they have gone that route before.

They don’t have girls here.

They do have 3 locations in MD, but they're spread out Hagerstown/MoCo/Anne Arundel. Even if you created one "super" team they would need to add players from other clubs. And there would certainly be some issues traveling to practices being so spread out.

I think they could put 3 teams per age group with the boys.

Except the teams you play will still be the same. ECNL is not interested in just having teams. They want teams that can compete. This is why they created the Chesapeake League. If a club does well, then they will consider promoting them to ECNL.

Looks like DSCS is moving from VPSL to this new Chesapeake League for the ECNLR. Maybe they will now score
