Ideal weight if you’re 5 ‘ 3” female in your 50s.

That’s my height. At my best weight, I was between 104 (unsustainable) to 128. 114-118 is probably ideal. I am far from that weight but that’s where I should be.

I'm nearly 5 ft 4 and weighing in at 138--definitely feeling a little squishy. I would like to lose 5-10 pounds. 125 would be ideal for me.

I’m 5’3” and I think I look good at 125. Probably better at 120. I have medium frame and muscular legs.

110-120

I'm 5' 1" and weigh 130 and am in my mid 50's. I'm happy at that weight. When I was younger, I looked best at about 110-115, but now that'd be too thin I feel. I would think a few more inches and someone could look great between 120-140.

Also 55 and 5'3" with 115 as my ideal weight. Lately I have been about 118 to 121.

Same age but a bit shorter and 115 is relatively "easy" to maintain, but I feel and look better if I stay just below 115. Below 110 is unsustainable and in the past I've been told I look frail when I go below 110. For me even a few pounds does seem to matter.

My mother has osteoporosis and I have her exact build so am at risk. Started weight training 5 years ago in addition to pilates and cardio. Am 5’4” and 135 lbs and very trim and fit. When I was younger I would have said 120-125 was ideal at this height but in middle age 135 is where I look and feel healthy, strong and energetic. My bone density scans are looking good, too, which is what matters most.
