I know this depends on body type etc. Don’t care. Pick a number |
125 |
For me, it'd be 120lbs if we're talking truly ideal, for my specific body. |
Humans are roughly the same density as water, so if my math is right about 4,700 pounds. Just a perfect, flawless sphere. |
Well, I'm a small boned Asian, 5'4" and 110lbs, so if I was 5'3", maybe 105?
|
If I were 125, I would look truly emaciated and geriatric. As women age, they need to work on building or maintaining muscle mass and stop watching the scale. How is blood pressure, cholesterol, blood glucose, muscle tone and skin condition, etc. Those things matter more than mere weight. |
135-140 lbs. I am 5'3" and currently weigh more than that. Went to one doctor who said I should weigh 115 lbs. I guess he adheres strictly to the 5 lbs for every inch over 5 ft. Not going to happen. I'd be lucky and happy to get to 150 lbs. Words I never thought I'd say . . . |
120. At 125 I start to feel fluffy. |
110 |
This. About 120 is good for me, though I prefer how I look at 117-18. |
I run, still play competive soccer, and weight lift. Since I have been lifting, I am around 135-140. I am fit. I am 5’4”. |
112. 109 if I didn’t care what my face or boobs looked like. |
I'm 55 and 5'2. I weigh 117. |
my current weight. I am 5 ft and 141 lbs. I am curvy (35-28-38) with a flat stomach, but three more inches would be nice to have |
135-140 |
