Do Michelle Obama and Beyonce advance Kamala at all?

I worry the campaign does not understand where help is needed.

These endorsements make Kamala’s base gush but alienate those still on the fence. What do these preachy multi-millionaires have in common with the average American? Does Beyoncé care about gas costing $4 per gallon or milk costing $5 per gallon, or does Michelle care about the impact of migrants crossing the border. Beyoncé is more likely drinking almond milk from royal almonds trees, and Michele, I’m sure she’d a tear when migrants were removed from Martha’s Vineyard 24 hours after arriving.

Do you think Michelle Obama and Beyonce Carter do not understand persuasion?

OP here - I have no experience, just a regular joe. That said, it seems pretty obvious where Harris is lagging demographically.

Among working class black and Hispanic men. Michelle Obama and Beyoncé are not going to help her

+1
I just saw a pretty devastating long form ad that laid out the case for why men aren't voting for her. It stated explicitly that men would vote for a woman but not her.

Oh sure, a woman is fine - but not Hillary, obviously. Oh and obviously it can't be Harris. But sure yes of course we're open to voting for a woman! Just find us a different woman - then we can say why she's not the one, too.

They’re there to keep the base energized and motivated and get as many supporters to show up and vote as possible. If Harris is lagging with some demographics, she’ll need really high turnout from the groups who are most enthusiastic about her. She’s not taking anyone’s vote for granted.

Black voter turnout is down in Georgia and North Carolina in early voting. There doesn’t seem to be any enthusiasm for her.

Look who is getting out there in georgia to vote as soon as they can:

As of yesterday....

Female 55.7%
Male 44.1%

There does seem to be some enthusiasm for getting out there early to vote.

There sure effin is.

Michelle and Beyonce is not going to get you votes, but talking about issues does. I am sorry but looks like she is losing this election.

Keep calling women satan. That’s a winning message. NOT.

There are so many great, reliable birth control options. Our mothers and grandmothers would have had completely different lives if they had the options we do.

What do women want? To be able to kill their babies up to the point of birth.

I just can’t get behind that.

Keep calling women Satan. that's going to get you so many votes.

It has been my life's dream to car carry a baby for 9 months inside my body. That restricts what I eat and what I can do and where I can go and has made me gain weight and had many other health complications.... Only to kill that thing as soon as it came out of my body 9 months later. It truly is every woman's dream. 🙄...
All women deserve healthcare whether you agree with it or not, that is between the woman and her doctor.... Postbirth abortions are not a thing, but unfortunately due to the health of the mother or the dying fetus inside of her and abortion may be needed later in the pregnancy then what you feel comfortable, but that is on you not on the woman.....

Please tell me you’re not that dumb. 99% of the later term abortions are medically necessary to save the life of mom or the fetus is proven to not be able to survive outside the womb. No one is voluntarily killing an 8month of baby. How are people this stupid and brainwashed?

Would you want the government making the decision for you if it came down to your wife dying or your (most likely) dead fetus?

If republicans are the party of “Freedom’’ then they should be all over maintaining the ability to save their wife’s life. FWIW I am a fairly strong catholic.

Nobody is doing this! Are you one of Donald's cronies?

Beyonce and Michelle Obama have very different appeal and cannot be lumped together.

Michelle O's message will appeal to feminist voters who are already in her camp. But, her message is fundamentally offensive to men. She outright said that men "don't care" about the lives of women and that male politicians and doctors are inherently unqualified to administer health care policy or decisions about women's health (yet female politicians and doctors are, somehow). If Kamala loses, this will be why. You cannot keep bashing half the population as lacking in any compassion, intelligence, and humanity, and expect them to vote for you. Supporting women does not require bashing men.

No one is doing it. Great, so we can ban it then.

No, she did not say that. She's an excellent speaker and one of the most popular first ladies ever. Her support is good for Harris.

Please provide citation for this if you believe your statement is true. A baby is viable in the third trimester so if it is medically necessary it is faster to deliver a baby rather than go through a long late term abortion process. Pre-eclampsia with severe features for example is a valid medical reason to quickly deliver the baby. No need to kill the baby when it is viable.

Sure if you want to lose elections. Why don't you find something more productive to do with your time and energy?

Late term abortionist Warren Hern stated in an interview that more than half of his patients have no medical issues:

"Abortions that come after devastating medical diagnoses can be easier for some people to understand. But Hern estimates that at least half, and sometimes more, of the women who come to the clinic do not have these diagnoses."

Washington post columnist Richard Cohen, who admitted to using talking points provided by the abortion industry, later conceded that he was wrong when he said late term abortions were only performed when the life of the mother was in danger or when the baby was severely deformed. He and his colleague identified that most late term abortions are in fact done for convenience reasons:

"But back then I also was led to believe that these late-term abortions were extremely rare and performed only when the life of the mother was in danger or the fetus irreparably deformed. I was wrong.

I didn't know it at the time, of course, and maybe the people who supplied my data -- the usual pro-choice groups -- were giving me what they thought was precise information. And precise I was. I wrote that "just four one-hundredths of one percent of abortions are performed after 24 weeks" and that "most, if not all, are performed because the fetus is found to be severely damaged or because the life of the mother is clearly in danger."

"It turns out, though, that no one really knows what percentage of abortions are late-term. No one keeps figures. But my Washington Post colleague David Brown looked behind the purported figures and the purported rationale for these abortions and found something other than medical crises of one sort or another. After interviewing doctors who performed late-term abortions and surveying the literature, Brown -- a physician himself -- wrote: "These doctors say that while a significant number of their patients have late abortions for medical reasons, many others -- perhaps the majority -- do not."

This is what Beyonce and other Democrats are advocating for. Abortion without limits. It is evil.
