| The trumpers won't vote for Harris and are going to vote for Trump and that includes a lot of men. But there are many millions of men that will vote for Harris. |
| Obama once said that progress is not a straight line. So no, they did not move the needle. The “zag” is coming and they know this. After 4 years, maybe we get back to the “zig”. |
+1. |
The porn industry loves Harris. DP here but they’re probably referring to this and similar others: https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-14001939/amp/Democrat-pro-porn-ad-republican-ban.html |
Interesting. I worried the campaign does not understand where help is needed when Kamala is campaigning alongside Cheney and boasts about other GOP endorsements. Aligning herself with the Cheneys of the world is not what I want her to do. I’m a borderline Stein voter. Question: does she risk more in the middle or with what should be her base (progressive left)? I worry if she looses rhe Democrats will believe it’s because she’s not moderate enough. I strong believe this is not the case. What is the appeal of Trump - he’s not moderate at all. |
| AA turnout is way down but I don't think these two add any value. As rich celebs, they're unrelatable to the AA working class voters currently staying home. |
Oh that is so stupid. |
Agree. I see there is a thread about it: https://www.dcurbanmom.com/jforum/posts/list/1235754.page |
| I think Michelle and Beyoncé do help. If anyone is on the fence or simply thinking of not voting, they may tune in because they want to hear Michelle or Beyoncé, and then maybe they are moved by a compelling argument they hear. Maybe a Muslim woman who is angry at the Biden administration — who right now wants to sit this election out — maybe Michelle opened her eyes to the broader threat of Trump, and maybe she will now vote for Kamala. (Inshallah!) |
You’re not mentioning podcast appearances or the Fox appearance by Harris. Very one sided comment from you. |
Wow, that’s thrilling and so persuasive. |
Haha. What’s the informative discussion? When Trump talked about life on Mars? When he admitted he chose “whack job” people for his administration? Sure. A dementia patient blathering for three hours means more people will vote him. You are brilliant. |
Watching a train wreck does not mean you will vote for train wrecks. Trump's ability to do the job of president was never strong and now it seems to be gone. |
Let's face it the DNC screwed up again by not telling Biden a year ago that he could not run, held a real primary, and gotten an acceptable candidate. If this had been done there is no way Harris would be the candidate and Walz the VP candidate. Why does the DNC not learn its lesson? |
