Mixing drugs is always more dangerous than doing them individually. He was mixing.

The quote is pretty odd because the hotel is quoted as asking for only an ambulance — even before L jumped.

There are photos in the room with hard core drugs, foil, etc. He had serious issues. Even all the plastic surgery seems crazy.

I also had a fleeting thought that it would be Zayn first. I think he just smokes a lot of weed though.

He was doing drugs in front of the housekeepers. They probably didn't want him to be arrested but knew he was being destructive.
