Maybe they need to promote sexual harrassers or people doing dirty deeds. She has proven herself in this capacity. She has promoted a known sexual harrasser at mcps and extracted millions from the public. Are these the credentials UMD is lookung for. Maybe Charles Manson needs a job when he gets out of prison.

While not a fan of all this, I agree. There have been way worse out there that have been rehired/repurposed. And I say this as an MCPS employee.

For all of you who think you know something about MCPS and its senior staff, you're wrong...you're just sounding off on something you have no eyes on. Since I have eyes on it, it was happening during the white man's reign at MCPS...it's the culture of white male B.S. as usual. Go find something else to do than be 'under the bridge trolls' when a person of color takes the reign because you just can't stand it! ? does that make it ok that she showed poor leadership at MCPS? He did it, so why can't she?

IMO, some people seem to bend over backwards to put URM females into leadership roles just to show how "woke" they are. Harvard is a perfect example of that. There are many qualified, intelligent female leaders; she is not one of them. There was very low confidence in her leadership across the board.

Somebody should really do a dissertation on analyzing these posts...so. much. data.

I totally get why she'd be hired at UMD. Doesn't erase or condone whatever happened in MCPS. There was an element of differential targeting due to who she was, that just would not have happened otherwise. No matter what happened.

Literally the typo'd title of this thread says it all....can't make this stuff up.
