Biden is out of touch with the people. The vast majority of people do not want to go to war with Iran and certainly not for Israel. Israel attacked Iran knowing Biden would put US lives before Israelis. Wonder how many US dead will be enough?

Yeah. I said to a conservative acquaintance of mine that if you want to unite the country get the US moving towards involvement in another war in another Muslim country and watch Americans on all side of the political spectrum take to the streets.

Except the ultra-orthodox are exempted so they can study in a Yeshiva. This might have been fine in 1948 when only a few hundred were exempted, but now ultra Orthodox make up more than 25% of draft age Israelis. Since they have on average 5 to 6 children, the percent of Israeli's who won't serve in the military is going to get higher and higher all while getting financial subsidies to study. It is estimated that there are over 60,000 Yeshiva students ages 18-26 who aren't in the IDF. And older ultra-orthodox all have exemptions so they aren't reservists who can be called up. Then add how many Orthodox women who don't serve while other Israeli women do. I don't understand how Israeli's on the left and center are putting up with this.

No way am I supporting my sons and other American young men and women going over to get killed protecting Israel when a significant percentage of their own citizens are NOT willing to fight to defend their own country.
