2. INSIDE TOO WHITE. NEEDS COLOR. BLCK IS NOT A COLOR. BLCK WINDOWS ARE DATED.

3. BATHTUB IN SHOWER READS CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP
This is a very popular trend. All the new builds have this or have it as an option. I’m not quite sure I understand the appeal of this either. I think it’s supposed to be spa- like.

They do it for waterproofing purposes and it's hideous.

When will the tear down developers stop putting up all these multi triangle houses? Every new build in close in Bethesda seems to be the same.

If you scroll through the listing history, you can see the prior split level that was bought for $1M and torn down in 2022. Honestly, that fit the lot and the character of the community so much better. It's sad that these "thriving Bethesda families" are getting outbid on homes that work for them, at prices closer to what they can afford than this out of place monstrosity.

Need to reduce it by 150k.

The garage door needs painted just white. Stop trying to be artsy, it doesn't pay off.

BECAUSE IT LOOKS LIKE IT BELONGS TO A NEW JERSEY HOUSEWIFE!!!!!

BECAUSE IT LOOKS LIKE IT WAS DESIGNED ON A TODDLER'S ETCH-A-SKETCH!!!!

But what if I'm a chef who demands the best when preparing home meals and entertaining?

for me, the point is that if I'm going to spend $2.7 million on a house (I'm not) I could find so many better options

+1. I'll need to lock my doors against the zombies trying to get in.

The house to the left looks a little small. What does the rest of the neighborhood look like?

Is the builder coming in and buying other lots to tear down and build other homes like this in the area?

The lot is small, with 2 car garage, finishes are okay, I'd expect more at almost $3M.

2.7m is not "entry level" for Bethesda, but, keep on pushing that.

Meh, it’s not that bad. I don’t like the dark. I love the nook. I like the master. The price seems right, sorry.

It isnt gorgeous. It is very ugly. I hate the home style being built now. And " best" schools is opinion not fact...lol

What other publics are better that Woodacres, Pyle, and Whitman? Seriously?

The design is both weird and boring at the same time, which is not easy.

The yard is small compared to the house, and boring/ugly. It looks like a tract home yard.

It always looks weird when these big new builds muscle into a neighborhood of smaller, older houses. A scourge in many places in the DMV though.

All that for nearly 3mm. One can do better. That's why it is sitting.

The only redeeming feature of this house is the screened porch.

We looked at a house on that street a few years ago. There was no privacy bc sitting in the backyard you can see 5 other sets of houses and backyards.

I haven't read all the responses but was the listing description written by AI?

As you walk to the basement you will be impressed with the family oasis of rest...
