If you scroll through the listing history, you can see the prior split level that was bought for $1M and torn down in 2022. Honestly, that fit the lot and the character of the community so much better. It's sad that these "thriving Bethesda families" are getting outbid on homes that work for them, at prices closer to what they can afford than this out of place monstrosity. [/quote]
