Thoughts on this beautiful/modern/fresh new-build home in Bethesda. (Best schools)

It’s *awful* from the outside. A for effort though, op!

Tucked away close by is the family media center where you can Netflix and chill to your heart’s desire.

🤮 Good luck, OP, on selling this soulless house for that thriving Bethesda family.

Monstrosity on a tiny lot.

I do not like this style at all. It’s contemporary, not modern. And it breaks basic rules of design. And just a giant no to black houses unless they’re wood and in New England.

This is a bad ad for an ugly house.
Anonymous
I don’t like anything about it.

Blacks, dark greys, even very dark greens are very hot right now. It’s the evolution away from the “all white” with black trim. I think it’s very dramatic and looks very nice on the right home.

Yes, the house is trendy. However, trendy is what’s popular, and things are popular, for a reason.

Also, I think the kitchen is beautiful. The marble is gorgeous.

That house is tasteless. The exterior is hideous. It needs to be razed and rebuilt.

Everything is so cheesy. This fake OP post, the description, the staging, the architecture (using term loosely), all of it is too try-hard.

That trend died a while back.

I can't get over the ugly. Why does the front door have sidelights, but then it's own sidelight within the door? Yuck. If the front is this bad, I'm not going to bother clicking to see what must be even worse once you get past the front door.

Okay so hold up everyone. Some innocent can post a totally benign comment, one not filled with ALL CAPS AND "!!!!!!" and be called a troll or an agent, but this one is not a red flag for you? come on now!

I thought the same.

I was told that term means sex. Does the description really say that? I’m not clicking on link.
