Why do you let your daughter have long scraggly hair?

Finally some boy bashing. I hate Justin Beiber for what he is doing to boys hairstyles. I am a pretty young mom but I feel old (not like chico's old) every time I see that kid on tv or the web and I yell out loud "get a haircut"
