Why do you let your daughter have long scraggly hair?

Anonymous
Just to set you straight as you are more than likely one of these people who refer to your 2 year old as a 24 month old.

Baby- Birth to 1 year
Toddler- 1 year to 3years
Preschooler- 3-5 years

Now please stop calling your 2 year old a baby. Also once your child can sit up without assistance stop calling it an infant!!!!!!!

what's it to you??? my DC will always be my baby. yeah, even at 33 months old. take THAT!

Agreed. I make my 2 year old do his own taxes and work part time to pay for the bills. No more babies here in my house!!!

Also, just a question and I apologize if it's already been answered but what is Chico's? I know I probably sound dumb but I've never heard of it before.

I am going to go out on a limb and say that you probably don't bother taking any pride in your own appearance either. Your poor little daughter probably takes one look at your ugly Chico's clothes and bi-level haircut and figures she shouldn't even bother trying to fix herself up.

I have a little ragamuffin whose hair looks great when we leave the house, but is so thin and fine that no barrette or pony tail holder will stay in it and it has no body and gets scraggly after 30 seconds of her standing absolutely still. Really, OP, I am so proud that you are able to express your aesthetic superiority. But, frankly, if your priority is criticizing the HAIR of other people's kids, you have far too much too do and very little class.[/quote

I will get up early, use lots of gel and spray and put my little girl's hair into braids, and ponytails and within three hours it looks like I never did it. She likes her hair long, so I guess she will have to look "trashy" for a while. I apologize to OP for my poor parenting, I will try harder in the future to make my child fit your standards.

i'm one of those people that thinks the ragamuffin kids are the cutest. i get a kick out of the kid who obviously dressed herself b/c nothing matches. and the stringier the hair, the better!! those j. crew-cut-outs make me sad b/c they never look like they are having fun.

cheers to the straggly kids!

finally!!!
