| What is the reason for wearing hats? To show respect or avoid hair issues and look near? |
I see your point, but much of her jewelry belonged to the Queen or was a gift. Seems fitting to wear it. But her dress choices haven’t been fashion statements. They are somber and funeral appropriate |
She looks like she dressed for a Gotti funeral. |
Jill is pure class. |
Eh, I’m Team Jill, but I find the headband a bit embarrassing. She was poorly advised. |
| There are not enough pictures in this thread. |
The Princess of Wales is not making her own clothing and jewelry selections. She would have had a dresser and would have been advised of specific pieces of jewelry that are appropriate given their historical significance to Queen Elizabeth’s reign. She listens to those around her which is part of the reason that she never puts a foot wrong. She didn’t wake up this morning and decide to put on that pearl choker, trust me. |
Define class! |
I think she just wears what she likes and doesn’t worry about the silhouette. She very frequently has unflattering bustlines from not wearing proper undergarments. She also wears a lot of outfits that don’t flatter her figure (she is very triangle or carrot-shaped). I suspect she is a control freak and doesn’t let a stylist dress her. |
Is she? I don’t see it |
Well if I have to tell you... |
LOL. A WaPo article said Meghan was dressed in a plain dress to hide her shape so as to say, "this isn't about me." Another person said people would say, "Meghan looks horrible wearing her black long dress" and "Kate looks wonderful wearing her long black dress." No wonder Meghan had to get out with people like you around! |
It wasn’t plain. It was a very stylish designer dress. She has worn cape dresses before, so she probably likes this style. |
Okay. That isn't my point, though. |
