| Not me. I've beend glued to the processional since 9am this morning. And I'll watch on Monday too. |
| Yes I'm British, I was sad for about 5 mins but can't get too upset about an unelected extremely privileged 96 year old who I didn't know. I've had enough of the coverage it is endless. |
| I want the coverage but not the information about H and M who no longer want to be a part of the BRF. Ignore them and focus on all the rest. |
| A week of different things going on is so much. Each time you watch it, it's just sad. Can't be in a constant sadness for multiple days. Not good. And don't even read about the rift between those brothers, and Meghan bashing. Too much. |
| Watching the mass right now, very poignant, sad yet beautiful. |
Not a mass. Just a quick prayer service. The funeral is Monday but it’s not a mass because they are Anglican (Church of England) and not Catholic. |
This. And I also never have the TV on for background noise. |
|
Yup. It is not a great loss IMHO and I hate the racist BRF. I do not wish them well, I don't want to see them thrive. Jeff has a 48 hour rule so I could not heap my curses to them, but after 48 hours, I was completely disinterested in calling them names even.
|
| Nope, anything that takes away all the sniping and nonsense of the news of late is great. I can watch it for hours and hours. |
| Regardless how you feel about the Queen and the BRF, this is history. The pomp and circumstance are entertaining. The tradition is interesting. In fact, it’s cultural. |
| I have only watched a tiny amount here and there, but i do find it interesting to watch such a weird family/tradition. Queen Elizabeth was an accidental queen because her uncle abdicated the throne. So, it is weird that people make such a fuss over her. |
| It is amusing from time to time, but BBC is going overboard. Can't imagine the TV news. |
|
Going overboard for someone who has been Queen for 70 years??? Unbelievable. |
And you seem very uneducated. |
