The jacket belt is making me thing of the thread where someone asked about new looks for the fall and someone posted that putting a belt over your jacket was very in for this fall. I remember thinking that is one of those things that fashion magazines suggest but that rarely look good in real life.
But the scarf is really what gives it that special Ivanka WTF flair.
