All true. This one is like a x-mas gift, surely the intent, but too much. The McQueen check coat is worlds better. This one the the prominent red is only used for the center body, and the sleeves repeat the busiest section of the plaid, including heavy white exactly at the elbows. It's to the point that articles refer to these as coat dresses, when clearly they're just heavy coats worn with no intention of ever being unbuttoned. She must be over 20K in coats in the last week alone.

That is truly the mind boggling part of it. Brand new, high priced coats to be worn ONCE.

My kid’s school used to hold a coat drive. Imagine all the refugees that could be kept warm in the hundreds of coats Melania will never wear again.

For this honestly I cannot knock her. The obsession with new, and more, more, more is a cultural obsession. Look at how many clothes even your average person amasses, and they all look pretty much the same. How many pairs of jeans or leggings or how many sweaters do people have? My god, people act like having dozens of pairs of shoes is some act of piety. It’s disgusting, but I can’t even blame Melania.
