Shove your condescension where the sun don't shine.

This isn't just about football. It's corruption with people's careers being upended, school staff being threatened, school system leadership lying, and cheating taking place all in the name of winning a state football championship to make fcps look good. It's pathetic and corrupt. People need to be fired.

+1. This is also going to impact the academic recruitment at Hayfield. All indications point to a hostile work environment, so teachers with options are going pass on applying for any positions there.

If you guys wouldn’t have done all the hating on Hayfield, an fcps school would have brought home the state championship.

No one cares about a football championship. We care about integrity, sportsmanship and fair play.

Yet another Hayfield booster who peaked in high school and actually thinks VA public school championships matter. How sad.

As a taxpaying citizen of Fairfax County, I don't give a flying about FCPS high school football---what I do care is about the integrity of the school system and fair play, not just in football but in all aspects of the system. Hayfield and its cheating football and the horrowshow it has caused, plus cover-up by administration, is a dark stain on FCPS!

This wasn’t about integrity. This was more about privilege and entitlement.

No, it was the false entitlement of Coach Overton and all around him (who wrongfully believe that white privilege is involved) that broke the overriding more important integrity of the FCPS system---enabled in part by DEI gone amok!

The entitlement is feeling that a Black coach and Black kids aren’t allowed to play by the same rules as a white coach and white kids. The privilege is when high ranking FCPS members violate the Black coaches and players to appease white supremacists in the county that so badly want to stop the program from winning a championship.

Overton is dropping receipts about other schools who are recruiting. I already knew Westfield recruits, but for them to make the allegations against Hayfield when they are doing the same thing doesn’t make sense.

That’s not the only interview he’s done either. He’s talking now. Wonder if that means he’s leaving fcps?

Oh please. My kid plays football at WFHS, the kids on the team are not sketchy transfers, just regular neighborhood kids.

When Overton agrees to be interviewed and actually answers questions, let us know.

VHSL found 26 illegit transfers-did this "youtuber" discuss that?

Wait, what? So you're ok with a coach doing what he did just because he's black?!?!? If you know of others, report them.
