**fat fingered it** rewrite
I am sorry but I just don't understand the ga's thinking. you try to tout yourself as an elite league, top girls league in the nation. clubs promote it as the best league in the country and then your additions are really bad clubs. even the perception is just off with these new teams. its getting too watered down. |
All clubs suck in the Northwest and they're isolated kind of like Atlanta but its even farther for them to play higher level competition. GA is just adding clubs to make sure theres a Northwest local league for clubs to play in. Honestly GA and ECNL being seperate leagues in the Pac North just makes everyone worse and soccer more expensive. |
| Indy Premier and HTX looks like nothing specified about GA tryouts on Instagram. |
HTX has ga on theirs, further down on the grid. Indy premier though… |
|
Looks like nothing on Top Hat does not have anything either? Maybe I’m not seeing it?
Top Hat and Indy to ECNL? |
On Indy Premiers website there are GA mentions relative to 26-27 tryouts. |
Top hat has GA all over their website and a link to GA 26-27 tryouts. |
| no one will remove anything until ECNL gives them the day/time of the public announcement |
25/26 |
Remember, when NVA moved to GA they started promoting ID SESSIONS with no league logo |
So, my question is how many clubs will the GA add in this area. If just this one or maybe one more, it seems also like GA just gave parents/kids disappointed with the move to RL a landing spot. Could be some stacked teams formed now. That'd be kinda funny since it's a total ECNL move of old. |
| Any luck |
The difference there is that no one with a kid that tried out and made a GA team will be upset if the league is changed to ECNL. (Unless they have some deal with an ECNL club to DP and play both sides). The same cannot be said if you try out for what you think is an ECNL team and it turns out to be GA. |
This is a great point. It seems like a counter, move to the RL league formation, and one that could prove to be brilliant if the stacked SCA teams form. Im sure there are some players on those soon to be RL teams teams who want a higher level of competition than what RL can offer. |
Yeah, the criticism on Talking Soccer in Oregon is how this RL thing is just basically a new state league but even more isolated. Others there think it's a brief stepping stone back to main ECNL. |
