Handmaid's Tale Season 2

If the writers and producers are trying to flip the script and make viewers root against June, they succeeded.

That episode had to be my least favorite. Discombobulated, and like 15 wasted minutes of (faux) emotionally staring into space. It was just bad.

Wow, I thought the final episode was pretty satisfying. I can totally understand June not wanting to leave Hannah behind. I hope Emily and the baby escape to Canada. Emily will probably take on a major activist role in Canada if she makes it and can keep the PTSD at bay.

I get not wanting to leave Hannah behind, but after so many people risked their lives and safety (the Marthas) so that she could escape with Holly? It seems so ungrateful. And she'll end up leaving both her daughters, instead of one.

At this point I'm rooting for Rita and Nick to escape and live happily ever after.

There's no way she was going to leave Hannah behind. If she didn't know where Hannah was and there was no way of finding her, then June would've left. But as long as there was a chance of reuniting with Hannah, June was going to do everything that she could.

She would have been far better off plotting Hannah’s rescue from a position of safety. This episode was ridiculous even if I lived the Ritas’ badassery. Please let this at least be the last we see of the Waterfords.

NOooooooOOOOOOOOOOOoooooooOOOOOOOOOOOO

Okay first I thought, "that is so dumb how could she possibly stay" but now I am thinking because all the Marthas and the Professor and Serena and whatever she was like, there are good people here and maybe we can make something happen? Honestly though wtf. Terrible. No.

Ugh! That ending was so frustrating.

Do you think Aunt Lydia is dead?

No. I think it will make her more devoted to Gilead.

I am not satisfied with the season finale, and agree that June would have more power and fight to get to Hannah once she was out.

All of those people risked their lives for NICHOLE. Not June. I have a feeling June leaving was never part of the plan.
