I said the same upthread. The $1m housing allocation should be adjusted for inflation and the current housing market. $10m seems reasonable.

PP here. I agree. I think initially he was almost like a father figure to her and was okay with him having pretty much total control. He's not liking her independence, and she's sick of the control.

For those who are still convinced that the prenup will be overturned, here is yet another example of the judge upholding the prenup.

Kevin is willing to spend every last penny fighting her. He doesn’t care about his image no matter how many times Christine talks to the press.

She needs to take her 1.5M in yearly child support and get out. Her 1M settlement from the prenup is good as gone since every ruling by the judge upholding the prenup is one step closer to her having to forfeit the 1M and pay his legal bills. She is getting bad legal counsel. Again.

Eastwood was generous with the first wife, whom he openly cheated on but they remained amicable after their divorce. He wasn’t married to Sondra Locke, they had no kids together and they had a nasty breakup so she was out of luck. He is on very good terms with Frances Fisher, another ex whom he wasn’t married to and the mother of one of his daughters.

Maybe she has a cause of action against her counsel. They prenup is beyond egregious, IMO.
