That's the Adelson group presumably pulling funding from Nevada because it's a losing strategy, right?

The independent Candidate is tied with Deb Fischer (R). He has promised he won't cave towards either party.

Oooh damn they really don’t like her breaking her only two terms pledge

If Trump wins and Cruz loses, he will be snapped up by the Administration. Very possible you'd see him as Attorney General.

Ugh but I don’t think there’s a known universe in which Cruz could lose but Trump could win the presidency.

Texas always disappoints, so I expect Cruz to win again.

+1. One of the big issues is that Texas doesn't have huge voting numbers in general, but the voters that reliably go and vote are longtime GOP loyalists who are fine with MAGA.

Quite possible. But we're also living through a post-truth period. The truth doesn't really matter to people anymore. They are voting based on their feelings in large part. That and a changing society. A lot of what we are seeing right now has to do with women and minorities succeeding in traditionally white, male spaces.

You are failing to acknowledge the HUGE voter suppression that happens in the biggest counties. Texas is a hellhole if you are a democratic voter.

I have to imagine not all GOP voters are this way but why are so many? I'd never say "sorry not sorry, Repubs" because it's just dumb and in the end we all have to share this country (and mostly because it's just dumb). What happened to make you this way?
