Add his age when he married and the years he was married to the Queen and it adds up to 99.

Coincidence?

99
9+9 = 18
1+8 = 9

OMG! Somebody call Stockholm! NOW! PP's revolutionary addition formula deserves Noble Price!

And while you will be dialing, you may just as well let the Pope know a miracle had happened cause few random numbers added up to 99!

This is either a metaphysical breakthrough or the PP found a proof of god.s existence. Might be much.. much bigger discovery then God's particle.

In any case, this has to be addressed IMMEDIATELY! or the universe will collapse onto itself!

You know there is a little piece to this. In numerology, the number 9 is associated with people who have gone through hardship and are wiser, stronger, and more aware of the needs of others. They were Napier others to handle hardship by showing grace and understanding.

Kinda describes Philip.

Kind of describes ALMOST EVERY SINGLE MOTHER out there too???

Ha! Meghan wasn't there long enough to form a relationship.

True. But I think he found Kate vacuous and stupid. Meghan was interesting and intelligent.

Not at all. Philip’s biographer, Ingrid Seward, said that Philip admired Kate’s athletic abilities and her support of William whilst in the military and then as an air ambulance pilot. Kate’s paternal grandfather was a decorated World War II pilot who few Philip on part of a Commonwealth tour. Two of her aunts also worked at Bletchley, and both Philip and the Queen felt that kinship of war veterans with Kate’s family.

Seward also wrote that Philip was polite to Meghan, but likened her to Wallis Simpson when she and Harry wanted one foot in the royal family and one foot in the States. Philip noted that Diana Spencer and Sarah Ferguson tried what he called the same shenanigans and he shut them out. The Queen refused to allow Philip to attend the Sandringham meeting when Charles, William, and Harry worked out the details of the Sussex’s stepping down. He had likened Meghan too frequently to the other American divorcée — someone the Queen also disliked because of the effect her husband’s abdication had on the Queen and her family.

After that meeting, Meghan was done and dusted with the Queen and Philip.

All I have to say about Ingrid is that she gave Charles a blowjob in the 60s and is about as qualified to be a biographer as my dog.

Oh My! You have a very talented dog! Not only well versed in all things royal BUT! also trained in personal "massage"!!??

Should abolish the monrarchy and the tex payers should get all the property.

Philip spent 73 years at the side of the British monarch.

Kate’s job is to do the same for William when he takes the throne.

That’s the relevance. I’m sure Philip chatted with Kate about duty. And raising the next heir.

None of this is relevant to Harry and Meghan.

George is the future King. Archie isn’t.

This isn’t a normal family dynamic.

OK, British friends and Britofiles.

Who is Penny Branourne in the context of Prince Phillip? Take it from the top because most of us have no idea about your inside comments that show clearly some serious investment. Average American does not follow UK affairs let alone of the aging prince. We even only found out about Diana's B friend Navin from the movie. So fill us in somebody. What did we miss? How did it go and all that. Some initial googling show extremely frivolous public apearences that seem arogantly ipen or suggest innocensce.

So do tell! Like we don't know. because we don't/

I’m not a fan of William, but I’m sure that he’s aware that the future of the monarchy rests on how committed citizens feel towards George. He’s surely aware that many people deeply admire Queen Elizabeth, but are lukewarm at best about Charles and William himself.

Philip was not a Nazi. His sisters married nazis and they were not invited to Philip's wedding.

+1. And as has been mentioned here already, philips mother hid a Jewish family during the Holocaust and was recognized as righteous among the nations by yad vashem in Israel. She is buried in Israel. His family broke up before the war and took different paths, Philip included.

Why are you talking like Williams Kinghood is guaranteed thing? Do you want to jinx it?

He is 38!!! now

Prince Charles is 72

The queen is 94..

Consider that a male takes after the mather, and that Diana's dad died at 68!

If the Queen raigns untill she is 100 .. 6 more years..

Then Charls would take over when he would be 78..

If he would reign untill he is 100 so for 22 years..

William being now 38 plus 22 years for churls rulling wuld happen
when William were 60 ears even.

That in the best case scenario gives him 8 years! While coincidentially lifespan of younger generations is shrinking and health issues are rampant, add to it any future epidemics..

NOTHING IS GUARANTEED!

We’re chatting about why William’s reference of Kate and pic of George make sense. Some crazies seem to think it’s a childish dig at Harry.

William and George are heir apparent.

Harry is a guy who lives in CA.

Do you know what were the odds for Q elisabeth to become a queen IF her Uncle has not abdicate, had a child and if her father hasn't died in his 40's???

MANY things that were unlike had to happen, and they did. NOBODY would predict it whwn Elisabeth was a baby.

Being heir apparent means possibility but not guarantee.

LIFE happens.

Not really. David (king Edward) had no kids, so when he abdicated, the title went his brother Bertie, King George. Only that one thing had to happen to set the wheels in motion for Elizabeth to be in the direct line of succession. In order for Harry or Archie to be king, William AND all of his children would have to abdicate. It’s practically a designated survivor event.

DP. But it doesn’t make sense. He spends more time talking about himself and his wife then he does talking about his deceased grandfather. He probably says “my” and “I” more times than he says “he” or his grandfather’s name. It’s not a good look whether Harry is in California or on the moon.

Neither you nor PP know the future. Seems unlikely but also certainly more likely for a royal family than your average one. Royal families come and go historically. Plus wasn’t uncle montebatten and his son killed by terrorists?

I thought his statement was actually refreshingly personal for a member of the BRF- talked about his personal experience with Philip as a grandfather, great grandfather, and a grandfather in law.

I thought ALL the statements were lovely. It’s not a contest.
