Ladies I have a friend that won't accept anything less than a 150k engagement ring. She's currently single and in her late 30's. She said that if she doesn't get what she wants then she won't go through with the engagement. I understand in some income circles that 150k engagement ring is the norm. However, I want to know your thoughts. Thanks. |
I think she sounds just delightful! |
Glad to hear she has her priorities straight! And doesn't mind dying alone! |
undateable |
Not my circle, that's for sure! Hey, if that is what she wants, that is what she wants. And if her beau doesn't want to shell out 150K to have no sex with his wife (but maybe a series of APs) for the rest of his life, well then, fair is fair. |
This is a stupid post. You know what people are going to say and you just want to pile on to your own feelings. |
is that the requisite 2 months salary? |
Unless she's good looking enough to be dating professional athletes, she's not going to get it. |
Unmarried and in her late 30s?
Lol, she better be a smoke show. Her competition is 10-15yrs younger. |
Hope she finds a Saudi prince! |
Hmmm, I wonder why she's still single? |
Original Poster. I was just asking since the Northern VA area has a lot of wealthy people that live here.

Good luck with that! |
It's true. They don't let you buy a house in Pimmit Hills without at least 3 carats on your finger. |
