Wait, why is the latest scandal? I am a future Navy parent (Crossfield 2nd grader/rising Navy 3rd grader)

Navy has a gaming culture. If you have a son, and if you don't want him playing games, maybe consider staying at crossfield. Are you really trying to say boys who attend Crossfield don’t play video games? LOL. |

Purely from bus stop chatter, only heard it from Navy kids. We are crossfield zoned and there are kids transfering 5th or 6th grade and differences in gaming stood out. Also AAP navy bus takes longer for crossfield kids and everyone was playing games on the school computer on the bus. My kid says bus driver told them they can do it because the driver just want some peace and quiet. Just providing some info for crossfield family thinking sending their kids to Navy. |

So you are taking something you heard from kids at a single bus stop and generalizing to all of Navy. And you are comparing upper ES at Navy to upper ES at Crossfield without considering that if your kid switched schools, you can't actually compare to what is happening at Crossfield because your kids are no longer there. Sounds like logic is not a strength of yours. Gaming is something most of the boys get more interested in as they get to upper ES. I see it in boys we know from Navy, Crossfield, Lees Corner, Oak Hill, Waples Mill, and private schools. If you don't want your kid to do it that's your choice. But no need to make it sound like something particular to Navy when it's literally every school around here. |
