Funny, I recall someone posting here that the teachers actually left because of parents and this board. No once could explore any concrete reasons the staff didn’t like him. In fact, I even recall a posting saying he wasn’t a bad guy and wasn’t treating his staff poorly - he just wasn’t leading.

This is too much for me. I am aware of Navy drama last year but still chose to send my 3rd grader to Navy AAP, hoping things will calm down. With the new principal leaving, I don't see this thing (whatever it is) blowing over soon and probably we'll go back to crossfield next year after the construction is over.

I wouldn't say unfit, just not the right fit. He was qualified, something just wasn't vibing with him and the teachers so many left at the end of last year and many seem unhappy again with admin this year.

As desperate as some former staff members and parents with personal issues are to see Navy fail…the vast majority of parents and students at Navy are perfectly happy with the school. Congrats though to you former staff members and parents on driving a perfectly capable person out of his job because you didn’t “vibe”. Let’s be clear that this is not what the majority of the school wanted.
