You are correct! This tidbit was followed with her (unbelievable) statement that she didn't do any research about BRF and didn't know a lot about them.

I'm not necessarily a fan of Meghan and would say I'm pretty ambivalent, though I pity her treatment by the media, but some of the people on here who monitor and nitpick every single tiny detail and movement and use that to make sweeping judgments about this woman is so bizarre. The misinformation and hearsay is rampant beyond belief as well. The hatred is palpable.

+1. I’m not a fan either but I’m a poc and it’s cool to see another poc doing well. The haters are disturbing. I mean, even if she does turn out to be a liar or narcissist who cares? She’s not affecting anyone here but they’re acting like she personally wronged them.

Right.. like the level of personal anger and hatred and pure spite and hatred is greater than anything else I've seen in recent memory. Like Meghan did something very personally to offend every single one of these people.

I have to believe this is mostly women who are unhappy in their own lives (maybe fine on the surface but tell that to their therapist) and angry that they didn’t get to marry a prince. Otherwise it doesn’t make sense. Why waste so much energy on hating someone?

Aside from working, he can't just live in the US forever without a green card, work visa, or citizenship. Well, he can, but that would be visa fraud and illegal.

He could have an O-visa no? Although perhaps now he has some sort of work sponsorship. Also unless he loses all of his titles via an act of parliament (since the prince ones are by birth) he will never become a US citizen. The titles are clearly important to them and you can’t become one without renouncing them.

Because it’s a different type of person. The Hilaria haters strike me as working professional mom types who look down on Hilaria for pretending to have it all while being completely insane. There’s also a few people in there who appear to have met her.

The Harkle haters seem a bit more provincial. Very spotty knowledge of the US Tax system and apparently they don’t know any wealthy non-citizens here. The immigration system is not a meritocracy. Also “using the race card” isn’t really used in polite society anymore so I’m guess they’re a little bit older. I don’t really get the need to attribute every possible bad thing to her and Harry. Like according to the haters they’re liars, money hungry, lazy, will work for anyone that cuts them a check, royals for hire, dumb, calculating, racist but not from racist families, NPD, BPD (but unlike most BPD women never suicidal), tax evading, immigration law breaking, phonies. Oh and despite having a bazillion pages of comments on here and a record breaking interview with Oprah they are total nobodies! Do I think they could have some of these bad qualities? Yea. But half of these things are contradictory and frankly no one that isn’t in jail or a dictator has that many bad qualities.
