My gosh. Y'all still don't get it. Ukraine will never get NATO membership unless it is willing to go to war with Russia. Ukraine's NATO membership is the red line for Russia. Putin clearly stated that.

Ukraine is already ready to go to war with Russia. They have already been fighting a war with Russia in Donetsk and Luhansk since 2014.

Here's the thing - In 1994, Ukraine agreed to relinquish its nuclear weapons in exchange for the West giving them protection. The West has to keep its end of the bargain.

Russia was a party to that agreement, the Budapest Memorandum, and Putin's Russia has violated all of its commitments made to Ukraine's territorial integrity.

In that agreement the US and the UK deliberately fell short of promising they would protect Ukraine militarily. So, no, they are not violating that bargain, only Russia is.

He lied and said he's withdrawing troops. He showed his home audience fake videos showing troop withdrawals that aren't actually happening. Satellites and intel show that not only is he not withdrawing, he moved a number of military resources even closer. I hope his Russian constituents see through his lies. People in Russia are entirely brainwashed. I’m originally from there. My relatives in Russia saw those military resources moving in the direction of Eastern Ukraine with their own eyes - yet, they strongly believe that it’s Ukraine that plans to invade Russia, and Russia just wants to defend itself.
