+100. Also, one cannot compare the hostages who committed no crime to those detained by Israel for terrorist acts. Sadly there are children who have attempted terrorism too because they were indoctrinated to think terrorism was noble from an early age. Once Hamas is gone there will need to be de-radicalization. This whole projection of everything Hamas terrorists do onto the IDF is part of the psychological warfare. |
But what "terrorist acts" have the Palestinian detainees supposedly committed? Why are we supposed to take Israel's word for it that they are terrorists when they are never charged? "Administrative detention" is a secret process and rife with abuses. How is it different from what Hamas did? What "terrorist act" did Dr. Al Bursch or Mosab Abu Toha commit? Both were abducted by Israel and tortured. It appears Dr. Al Bursch was raped to death. For what? It is explicitly racist to trivialize these human rights abuses while excoriating Hamas for what they did on 10/7. And we know Israel has an unwritten policy of extrajudicial executions of journalists. That, too, is no better than what Hamas has done. |
Of course they do. The expectation among some is that Israel can act with complete impunity, while a Palestinian lives and freedom are expendable, and a Palestinian child should be be held to higher standards than an adult IDF member. This is blatantly racist. What else can one call it? |

Finally. Someone starting to make some sense. Whatever you have to say about the Ayatollah, at least his actions are consistent and not subject to spurious changing in fundamental beliefs depending on the party affected by international courts and laws. |
Don’t you get it? Nobody believes the pitiful lie that “there would be no further casualties”. 100+ years of Zionist conduct in the region prove otherwise. Are you an intentional liar or merely ignorant to the facts of history? |
Yeah but one guy said it wasn’t apartheid so it’s not! |
Casualties follow Palestinian terrorism. It's that simple. No terrorism = no casualties. Israel isn't about to try to invade its neighbors unprovoked, and never has. All of Israel's wars have been defensive, and have been successful. Most Arab countries have figured that out; the Palestinaians and Iranians are sstill having difficulty with the concept. |
The allegations regarding the rape of Dr. Al Barush are by Francesca Albanese, an incredibly corrupt member of the UN accepting expensive free trips from pro-Hamas groups and she never disclosed her husband's ties to the Palestinian authority, the group that does pay for slay of Jews. If you have a more credible source, I would like to see it (and not Al Jazeera funded by Qatar). |
Ummm .. so what was the Nakba about, with over 700,000 Palestinians evicted from their lands and homes, and 15,000 massacred? And don't say "but UN Resolution 181" because that never gave Israel the right to ethnically cleanse Palestinians and indeed, UN Resolution 194 allows these people the right of return or just compensation. The Nakba involved a great deal of Zionist terrorism. And then there are ongoing abuses of Palestinians as Israel tries to encroach on Palestinian land in the WB. It is fair to say that "casualties follow Israeli terrorism. It's that simple. No terrorism = no casualties." |
We've seen plenty of video of Palestinian prisoners being abused. I know Mosab Abu Toha, and I know he was he was physically abused in Israeli custody. His story is public. Is he lying, too? Are the videos lying? There is video of IDF soldiers lining up to rape a Palestinian prisoner, and more videos of Israelis protesting against holding the perpetrators accountable. Even a rabbi said "So what?" to claims that Israelis beat and raped Palestinians. Are all these people lying? |
|
Can the folks supporting Israel's continued war of death and destruction please elaborate on why they insist on using dehumanizing terms like "terrorist" and insisting that the fault lies solely upon Hamas? If you truly believe that Israel only has taken action in response to Palestinian terrorist acts, then why is it that Hamas was only founded in the 1980s? What about all of the action that Israel took prior to the 1980s? Why is it so hard to consider that both parties share in where they have wound up today. 10/7 was terrible and wrong, but it did not happen in a vacuum.
|
Of course, Francesca Albanese is accused of corruption. Ad hominems are commonly used to throw up a smokescreen around Israel's crimes against humanity. We already know that the IDF physically abuses and rapes detainees. If Dr. Al Bursch was not raped, why not release his body? Why not explain openly to the world how a formerly healthy man died in Israeli custody? The cloud of secrecy around his death is obviously suspicious. It would be easier to establish some credibility for Israel if we hadn't seen so much video of Israeli soldiers blatantly abusing Palestinians and if Israel were more candid about the fate of its captives. If Al-Bursch was not raped to death, why not invite Palestinian doctors to attend his autopsy so we can all know the truth? What is there to hide? |
Why do people enter Israeli detention alive and come out dead? |
No charge = no terror. |
| Don't engage, let the Gaza troll from the Hamas troll farm converse with itself. |
