Most people are/were shocked by the power of Israel to shut down free speech in the US through the use of force. It just shows what a corrupting influence Israel is on the US. For the future of the US Israel’s corruption of the country must be dealt with.

It’s unavoidable. I wish more individuals were already able to marginalize Zionists who unconditionally defend Israel’s policies and actions, but the process of expelling the diseased influence of Israel from our society will take more time.

The same could be said of the terrorism mindset of the Palestinians and their sympathizers in the U.S., who try to justify atrocities as appropriate responses to perceived historical grievances over territory. Blaming "Zionists" for the consequences of Palestinian terror is ironic, if not outright comical.

Can’t two things be true at the same time? That the Hamas attack on October 7 AND Israel’s acts in retaliation are atrocities?

Shouldn’t students, including Jewish students, be able to support non-Hamas Palestinians?

In this video, the author Beinart talks about sukkahs that were dismantled by universities just because the Jewish children who built them were voicing pro-Palestinian support:
https://rpl.hds.harvard.edu/news/2025/05/08/video-being-jewish-after-destruction-gaza-reckoning

Students should be able to support those Palestinians who resisted Hamas, who called for Hamas to surrender, who called for Hamas to release the hostages, and who called for peaceful co-existence with Israel. Good luck finding those imaginary pro-Palestinian peace activists who worked tireless to redress Hamas' ongoing atrocities.

Maybe the Palestinians have been too grieving for dead family members. Healing from missing limbs, trying to find food and shelter. Oh - and since no media is allowed in we don’t really know what the Palestinians are thinking. What we do know: Israel has killed tens of thousands, wounded thousands more, denied citizenship or free passage, prevented sufficient aid to enter the country.

Here's what we do know: No Palestinians and no Pro-Palestinian supporters called for Hamas to surrender or to release the hostages. We also know they were quite vocal in blaming Israel for all their woes, so it's not that they were silently grieving.

Agreed. Bibi and Israel never called for the release of the hostages and said they would kill all Palestinians regardless if Hamas released hostages. Israelis hate the hostages.

Do you know any Palestinians or are you basing your characterize of them on your assumptions? I truly want to know.

Res ipsa loquitur. 2 years of extensive media coverage of pro-Palestinian protests, news stories, and social media postings (including on this platform) tells the tale clearly enough.

Zionists are Psychopaths. Good thing is , apart from their bots and fellow Zionists , nobody believes their lies anymore.

And that’s why Netanyahu wants to take control of TikTok and other social media platforms. He thinks he can control the narrative and spread “truth.” But it’s too late, the whole world knows Zionists are lying evil terrorists. And if you support the current Israeli govt then you are evil too…

Many Palestinians and their supporters called on Hamas to surrender.

There were mass protests in Gaza in the spring:

PA president Abbas called on Hamas to surrender and has condemned 10/7 over and over again.

https://www.timesofisrael.com/liveblog_entry/pas-abbas-tells-un-that-hamas-must-surrender-its-weapons-condemns-oct-7-massacre/

Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt called on Hamas to disarm back in July.

Please consider if you would like Israelis to be characterized based on 2 years of extensive media coverage in the middle east, Arab street protests, and social media postings like yours? Luckily I know both Israelis and Palestinians in real life and understand there is pain and suffering on both sides and this is not a pure good/evil story.

it is, in fact, a simple matter of good versus evil. Was there any element of "good" in Oct 7? Everything suffered by the Palestinians over the last two years is the direct result of Oct 7 and, moreover, of the continued detention of Israeli hostages after that date. Any "evil" experienced by the Palestinians was of their own making; they simply failed to accurately predict the consequences of decades of support for terror and of inculcating hatred of Jews in their schools. What were they doing while tunnels were built under Gaza? What were they doing while Iran flowed offensive weapons into Gaza? What were they doing while their male relatives joined Hamas? Complicity is just as evil as the actions of Hamas members. A forceful and effective Israeli response was not "evil", it was necessary, appropriate, morally just, and ultimately effective. That response could have been completely avoided, had evil not surfaced, literally, on Oct. 7.

Okay let’s take your premise. Israel killed, raped, looted, imprisoned Palestinians long before Oct 7. In fact Israel killed over a thousand Palestinians in the months leading up to Oct 7 2023. You are a product of jewish school teaching hate for the Palestinians. Israel will not allow a Palestinian state. So why should Palestinians agree to a Jewish state?

Hamas in Gaza got their weapons from Israelis through the black market. There are no tunnels crossing borders in Gaza.

By your own definition and standards Israel is the aggressor and therefore evil. Why can’t Israel just live in peace instead of killing Palestinians. When will Israel recognize the right of a Palestinian state to exist. Even you have to admit it is evil to steal one’s homeland and country?

Israel has failed as a state. Palestinians must be given the right to return, compensation for property, pain and suffering, full citizenship without apartheid. This is the only way forward. Well I will add that all Israeli Jewish school age children’s education be controlled by the UN to eliminate the hate taught in school in Israel.
