I find it highly ironic that she writes an article about having experienced sexual violence early in life but not having spoken up about it because of fear and "that's just the way the world is" and saying that having spoken about women's issues two years ago she has lost work and been pulled from projects and received angry messages and confronted by angry people and noting that men in the industry are more like the titanic that have large crews helping them out and that things in the industry should become more fair. And the result of this article is that later, when Depp actually does lose work and has trouble finding jobs (because of this article? ha ha or because he is a total menace on set and doesn't show up to work on time and has a rep as a total prima donna hmmmm which one I wonder) DEPP SUES HEARD for defamation. She didn't mention his name in the article one time, didn't allege that he abused her, etc. But the result of this article asking for equal treatment is that a guy who has made hundreds of millions of dollars over the course of his career sues the woman he used to be married to.

That's equity, man. I hope he has to pay her attorney fees.

To be fair, I kind of respect this. If I were single, wanted a baby, and had the chance to have a child fathered by Elon Musk, I would do it. Not because of his $$, but because of his intellect. If you are shopping for donor sperm, you can’t get much better than Elon Musk.

Elon Musk isn't some genius. He's rich. He grew up rich. He's remained rich. That money allowed him to hire the best to invent for him. He's never created anything. He founds businesses and funds people to create for him.

It is true that she had a baby by surrogate and she is the sole legal parent. Baby is now 1.

A friend of her family says that Amber's mom said that there was a dispute with Elon over embryos.

I don’t see how you can see her as any less crazy and culpable as he is. I am not so much defending him as pointing out that she is also a pretty messed up person. SHE PURPOSELY DEFECATED ON HIS SIDE OF THE BED and moved the sheets so he would lie in it. This is crazy, abusive behavior. Plus, did you not hear the tape where she tells him no one will believe him if he tells?

I haven't seen it, though I can't say I've looked very hard. What I've seen is that the sperm donor is unknown or unconfirmed.
