As a general look, I think wide leg pants can look good. But they don't always photograph well, and I also don't think that Ivanka's height, long neck, and general thin-ness are well-suited to pants as wide as she's wearing.

She isn't thin anymore though. This seems to be the running thread on how her clothes do not fit. She has gained a lot of weight -like many of us do was we age-but will not go a size. She is squishing herself into clothes that are far too tight. She would look so much better in close fitting but actually fitting clothes. DC is a very safe place to be chubby, this is not LA!

She is not chubby. But her clothes don't fit and that makes it seem like she has a far less lovely figure than she actually has. In sports clothes she looks really good. She just has very little sense of what flatters her and I think she's confused about her identity in general which shows up in her clothes.

Also, it does seem like face related procedures have gone too far and are now making her look worse vs better.

I don't know but isn't it a thing that you can't do much about the aging of your neck? So she does all this face stuff, but then her neck gets wrinkly and that's just life, but it looks weird on her because it's out of whack with her face?
Though.. I'm her age and my neck isn't like this. My face isn't like hers either so there isn't the contrast, but I still don't have a weird neck.

No she is chubby by NY standards. She is a normal weight for a woman her age but not thin which in her world view of wanting to be a NY model is fat. She is has struggled to be really thin her whole life and this is probably why she is forcing herself into clothes that are too small for her. Someone needs to get our some fake tags and personal vanity size her clothes so she looks better.

I'm 15 years older and my neck isn't like this. I haven't leased a chair in a plastic surgeon's office though.

DP - I agree she does not dress for her body type and makes a lot of questionable fashion choices, but she is not chubby. And to say "by NY standards" is silly. Walk around the streets of NY. It's not exactly a catwalk on every block.

I didn't say Moroccan women wear what Ivanka has on. I said there were Moroccan influences. Clearly, you've never been anywhere near Morocco if you think it looks Russian or like the water fountain you posted. I'm no Ivanka fan but what she's wearing is some of the best I've seen her in.
