Delay confirmed

UPDATE: MCPS remains under Code Yellow with schools and offices opening 2 hours late. MCPS crews are reporting some areas of black ice and students and staff should exercise caution when traveling to school. Our bus drivers will exercise caution in areas that may remain a problem for our buses to pass safely. If you are still experiencing ice and snow conditions in your neighborhood, please call 311 in the County or 240-777-0311.

I’m almost certainly one of the people they’re referring to, and I’m not a teacher — just a parent disgusted with lazy parents. But clearly the quoted PP isn’t very bright, so there’s that.
