No, I am not confusing anything. I am advocating for the rights of women (adult human females) to define ourselves as a sex-based class of people. |
It’s always been about females. I think you know this. |
Other trans men pictures below. You probably see people early in transition and think you can always tell.
|
| Posting pictures of trans individuals who successfully “pass” is irrelevant. People are free to identify as whichever gender they like but sex is immutable. |
Women are adult human females. |
I think you are the one who is confused. Humans are sexually dimorphic. Females produce eggs and males produce sperm. Adult human females are women and adult human males are men. Some males/females identify with the opposite sex based on their feelings. This does not mean they are the opposite sex. |
Again, that's "1 per thousandth in the population", at most. Basing general public policy on the very particular needs of "1 per thousandth in the population", at most, is senseless and likely to backfire on that "1 per thousandth in the population". |
Most issues women face are created from society/culture (women), not biology (female). Real issues like conservatives taking away bodily autonomy, pay inequality, etc. Not fake issues like does the person in the next bathroom stall have different genitalia. |
You are explaining reproduction. Sex, not gender. That’s not the debate here at all. |
Ok. And we are discussing gender here so identity is what matters. |
No, because the issues have always been about constraints imposed by society, not biology. Gender, not sex. Feminism is about women and their challenges imposed by society. |
DP. All of the societal issues females face are ultimately biological. They’re inextricable. |
Oh please not back to this. I identify as a Nigerian prince and my best friend as a carnivore giraffe. |
What are the “biological reasons” why women are paid less for the same work? What are the “biological reasons” why men think they should control what happens to women’s bodies? What are the “biological reasons” why women have less resources for athletics? What are the “biological reasons” that we haven’t have a woman president in the US? What were the “biological reasons” why women couldn’t own property or have their own credit card? |
If females were, on average, physically stronger than men, and if females were not the only sex that could bear children, I believe things would look much different societally. |
