I miss him also! I believe the prosecutor's office and the detectives have worked hard and are preparing a very tight case for jury. It wont bring him back but it has meaning. |

The answer to this question may be unknowable but in light of little new to discuss: does anyone know or have there been reports about how well BB and JPM have been faring in jail? |

Hopefully they are doing horribly in jail.
Side note - does anyone else find it odd that JPM's sentencing is still scheduled for March, when BB's trial has been postponed to October? It originally made sense when his trial was scheduled to be happening now and they could guarantee she'd be around to testify. |

I do know her scheduled sentencing wont occur until after his trial is fully over. So closer to her date the date will be changed to be after his trial. This is to insure she follows through adequately with her end of the deal or no deal will happen and her plea deal in its entirety will be tossed out. In the end the judge will sentence her based on her help in his possible conviction and what she believes is fair. |

The live-in nanny (Juliana) plead guilty to manslaughter of her Springfield VA employer in 2024. She should be deported if she is no longer in status post employment. Brazilian jails may be nicer for women anyway. I was able to read this article for free:
