I wonder if the prosecution will call the daughter as a witness. So much time has passed and she’s been living with the awful grandmother so who knows what she will say if called. It could really blow up the case. I don’t envy them that choice but maybe they have enough with the AP’s testimony.

I don't think they will call her at this point. They do have a mountain of forensic evidence from what Ive heard. Joe's body was moved, and staged, thats very damning evidence. The hang up between shots to 911. The nanny who yes isnt the best witness since she is also one of the killers still is very laid out and clear. I think the jury will see through anything the defense attempt to put up. You didn't ask that lol but my point is I don't think after living with grandma this very young child will make a good witness for the prosecution so I doubt strongly they will use her as a witness in this case.
