So closer to her date the date will be changed to be after his trial. This is to insure she follows through adequately with her end of the deal or no deal will happen and her plea deal in its entirety will be tossed out. In the end the judge will sentence her based on her help in his possible conviction and what she believes is fair. [/quote]
