As a 45 year old skinny woman, should I just give up on ever finding a man who isn't fat?

Anonymous
45, woman, 115 pounds. I am not obsessed with food or my weight. However, I have always been thin. My doctor actually gave me a diet to gain weight when I was in my teens. I am healthy. I exercise regularly. I have a daily dozen exercises I do every other day, like 3 sets at 12 to 20 reps each of basic calisthenics, like squats, lunges, push ups, sit ups, biceps curls, etc. I walk my dog about 4X a day. I kayak. I swim. I enjoy being active. I also like to enjoy a nice meal or appetizers out once or twice a week.

After my mid 20s, it just seems like people are so heavy. The best sex and relationship I ever had was with a man who was in the Honor Guard at Arlington Cemetery. He was fit and trim. It is challenging to say the least to find a man who is naturally thin.

Join groups that do athletic activities. Or open your eyes to Asian men, who tend to stay thin.

OP here, yes I have found Asian men more attractive. However, I won't have any babies of my own at my age, and most Asian men marry and stay married.

I'm confused.

You need to do the trails. Lots of fit, thin older guys on the trails - biking, jogging. If you bike or jog/run you will meet them.

Also, I seem to always see lean men with their new girlfriends or new wives at farmer's markets. The women usually walk ahead of the men and sometimes the guys are even holding the women's purses because the women have their hands full of vegetables . NOTE: This sounds like some sort of commentary or slam on my part. It is really not either one! I'm only mentioning it because I see this dynamic almost every time I go to a farmer's market. My take is that these couples hooked up because they are both into healthy living. Maybe a cooking class?

There aren't many Asain men my age who are single.

You do, however, seem a bit obsessed with exercise, or you wouldn't have detailed your exercise regimen here (where your question was ostensibly about men and their fitness).

No, you're too old and everyone sucks but you. Sorry!

+1 People who aren't obsessed with exercise don't list their regimens this way.

Men just start looking like absolute shit after 35.

There is the guy in the other thread who is tired of his fat wife. Maybe you can hook up with him?

I walk my dog 4xs a day and work. Morning, noon, 5pm, and before bed.

I work primarily from home.
