How to to tell us you are a moron without telling us you are a moron. |
You all still don’t understand that no birth control is 100% effective and like half of the pregnancies in this country are unplanned. |
Nothing is 100% certain to prevent pregnancy other than abstinence. It's pretty easy to plan a pregnancy and equally easy to avoid one. Don't want one, don't have sex. Want to likely avoid one, then have safe sex. Except in the rarest of rare cases of pregnancy by way of rape, it's not too difficult to avoid a pregnancy. |
Thanks for the kind words. I know how pregnancies happen and how to avoid one if I want to, which apparently is a concept you find bizarre. |
So you’re telling every married couple in which the woman is of childbearing age that they should never have sex? That’s great policy. |
You have apparently made it through life without ever having read a history book. You are stupid and entitled and a host of other evil things. |
Again, apparently the American people have trouble with this since currently 45% of the pregnancies in the U.S. are unplanned and that is an all time low. Perhaps that’s because the same people who find abortion abhorrent also decry the free and easy availability of birth control and comprehensive sex education. |
| If abortion is murder, then why allow it any case, including in the instances of rape, incest, or health of the mother? Crickets. |
|
What we do with the explosion of special needs kids?
There's no money or time for them as it is. |
That’s because the average age of the mother at childbirth is rising. Mother Nature doesn’t care that you can’t afford kids yet; the best time, biologically, to have a kid is between the ages of 17 and 24. But obviously that’s very difficult to do in 2022. |
So we should just abort them because they’ll be inconvenient? That’s gross thinking. Do you also support euthanizing people when they need wheelchairs, have dementia, need dialysis etc? If that’s the mindset in America then by all means ban abortions. |
Especially in this country, with our robust social safety net that ensures everyone has the support they need to be able to care for their children while also working and keeping a roof over their head. /s |
You are an authoritarian, but you can’t seem to help it. Here’s a novel idea: if an individual woman desires to abort her potentially disabled fetus, she should be able to. |
If an individual parent wants to euthanize their actually (not potentially) disabled child, should they be allowed? Why not, under your moral line of thinking? Also, which disabilities would be eligible under your moral standards? |
It’s so odd that there are multiple free forms of birth control available and women can’t figure out how to prevent pregnancy. Many forms of bc have rates of 98-99% effectiveness in preventing pregnancy. But women, who are so “sovereign” over their own bodies, would rather kill their own child than apply a few moments of responsibility to their lives, or ask their sex partner to do so. |
