See the Spanish journalist latest news published this weekend. Note she is the only person who is not yet been sued by the British Royal family/KP in connection with any of the published speculation. You have to ask yourself why is that?

Name of journalist? Link to article?

Same journalist who was doubling down that Kate was in a coma right up to the video announcement.

Yup.

Maybe she’s having a baby and is staying with the child’s father?

Why has this forum got so weird this weekend? Is it bored kids?

The royals threads always go off the rails.

It goes off of the rails because a cohort of incredibly envious women get pleasure out of the attractive and composed Kate Middleton suffering. It’s that, and it’s always been that. It’s tiresome and transparent.

This is a woman who has never harmed anyone and by all accounts seems to be a good person. The crazy speculation and conspiracy rumors - especially about her cancer - are beyond disgusting. You have wonder what kind of people enjoy the suffering of others, especially a mother of three. Typical DCUM jealous harpies.

Why on earth hasn’t this lowlife “journalist” been sued yet? Scum of the earth.

It's very normal that people are interested in what is happening and frustrated with the lack of information. I understand why this must be very hard for Kate and her family, and certainly I wish her well and hope she has all the support she needs.

But people are going to talk. They are a public family. She knew that when she married in (though perhaps didn't contemplate this exact situation). It is the reality of being a British royal and scolding people for being interested is honestly weird. This is someone whose wedding was broadcast around the globe, who appeared in the international press hours after giving birth to present her baby to the world. It is the reality of her situation. People are not going to tamp down their interest, and by staying very tight lipped about what is happening, the BRF encourages the rumors and speculation.

No. Actual adults understand that no news about personal health matters that are squarely none of their concern is just that.

The conspiracy rumors abound because KP has been bizarrely opaque about the whole thing from the start. I don't personally engage in the conspiracy-mongering, but I work in PR and this is a self-created situation. They essentially created enormous demand for something they could not give, but not getting ahead of the story way back in January. They have tried to address it with drips and a few small cups (like the video she did) but they continue to keep as many details as possible under wraps. Thus the public's interest has never been satisfied, and only grows with time.

This is a PR screw up. This is just how it works with a family this high profile. It sucks! I wouldn't want to be in their shoes. Though I do tend to feel a bit worse for the ones who are born into it, especially when they are young. Kate, Diana, Fergie, Meghan, etc. -- they chose it for themselves for some weird reason.

Curiosity is because they didn’t come out and say “Kate is battling some health issues and We will update the public at an appropriate time for their family.” They would’ve gotten well wishes, positive response, etc., but they have lied, fake photos, even body doubles, pretending to be them. so of course there’s going to be curiosity. This is stranger than fiction.

Yes, chose this, knowing exactly what happened with Diana. Not only did she choose it, She changed herself, her major, her school, etc. to be the perfect person for William. She did everything she could to be princess.

I don’t get any pleasure out of that at all, I’m just not dumb enough to buy into the BS that the BRF has been feeding us since December. I wish she would up and leave and go apologize to Harry and Megan for the way she treated them when she was under the influence of the BRF.

You sound personally invested in these strangers. Why is that?

Many were also personally invested in prince Andrew’s involvement with Epstein why is that?

Having cancer and going to pleasure island are very different things. And sadly, I've seen more judgment of Kate.

You can say that but it doesn't change how people are. Even "actual adults." This is just how it is. Even if you are able to scold a few DCUM posters into not posting here about it, it will do nothing to change all the online speculation.

The only way to fix it is with an aggressive PR strategy that sufficiently changes the narrative and satisfies interest (while also somehow helping the princess keep her privacy, of course -- that would definitely need to be part of the strategy). I don't get why they haven't come up with something to do this and instead keep stoking interest with announcements like this most recent one. Truly baffling.

This isn’t about cancer! This is about the BRF in a major PR disaster because they try to manipulate the situation and lie. They got caught.

She’s played her part better than anyone and just gets thrown under the bus by morons in the palace. She’s ill and not in the mood to enable the circus anymore. Let her be. Staying out of this sh$&$t show is the smartest thing she’s done.

I’ll add to my post that she has a nasty, lazy husband, a petulant man child for a FIL and a scheming affair side chick for a step MIL. Why wouldn’t she spend more time with her birth family???

Good description of the situation.

Are you entertained by the troubles of a lady going through cancer treatment? I'm not.
