K, crazy…no one is saying his behavior was okay. He’s clearly a very troubled person. But, she walked in on him behaving like this, turned on her camera…and started asking leading questions to piss him off more. Any emotionally healthy adult would have got the hell out of there. |
I don't know but that's the only relationship that he's interested in. Azalea Banks wrote about them and Grimes. |
She asked him what happened, omg!? Clearly he ought to break something else, it was such an abusive question! Did we ever find out what actually had happened btw? I missed it. I don't know why he was behaving that way. He also seemed to be blaming it on her. I totally understand the desire to record when something crazy is happening to you. I get it. |
| If you don't like it when someone is recording you when you are being a jerk, maybe look inwards and try not to be a jerk so much that it's camera worthy. |

Before this trial, I though Depp was guilty. After watching and seeing his abuse from his mother and his addictions and his mannerisms, I believe he is innocent in that he did not lay a hand on her.
Was he crude, a drunk, obnoxious, druggie, selfish? Yes. Doesn’t mean he hit her. No proof. I believe he is trying to clear his name for this and I believe him when I 100 percent believed Amber a week ago. She is the nutty one who is looking for fame and the only one who has been accused of physical abuse also while she is on tape admitting she hit him. Amber just had a court case with Elon Musk for their embryos. Elon wanted them destroyed. Their baby just turned one via surrogate. She is looking for money and fame and is the one who physically abuses. |
A different pp here. He slammed some cabinets. I have too. His glass cabinets didn’t even break. If she was scared she could have left. |
Like, the main problem in this situation is not that someone is recording you. The underlying problem is that you are behaving like a jerk. |
Acting like a jerk isn’t illegal, though. |
I tend to agree, though I didn't necessarily think he was guilty before the trial started. |
+1–except I had no thoughts on the matter before today. I’ve never seen a Johnny Depp movie and don’t know much about him. But I certainly don’t think he would’ve brought this claim, knowing all of these would be made part of the public record and available for his kids to see/read about, if he was guilty. I also don’t understand why the Defense ended the day with the audio of him apparently trying to cut himself? That was obviously really hard for him to hear and, for me at least, reinforces that he’s more of a threat to himself than any another person. |

So it's totally normal to be in a relationship where your partner walks around slamming cabinets and breaking glass (I'm pretty sure he tossed something glass in there and it broke) violently and yelling condescendingly at you as you ask him what happened, because a little while ago when you woe up he was in a good mood. That's totally normal.
Also for your partner to write degrading messages to you in blood all over the house you're staying in together. That also sounds totally normal. I can understand not liking her. There is a more loving and loyal path to take here as the spouse I guess. But I also don't think you necessarily owe loyalty and love to a an addicted person who can't control their behavior around you and is petulant to you all the time. Like, when he apologized to her by text for something terrible he did and she didn't immediately forgive him, his immediate response was "well I see forgiveness and understanding are off the menu." or something like that. He is such a petulant child expecting everything to be easy for him even though his behavior is appalling. It is abuse to write degrading comments about your partner on the walls. THE END. That's abusive. |
| They both have issues but she is the one being recorded hitting him. |
Exactly. |
She also had record of hitting her ex-wife. |
