+1 Also, you can't complain about "secondhand information" when many of the 'firsthand' witnesses have been blocked from testimony. If it was all perfect and clean, then Pompeo, Mulvaney, Bolton and the others would be beating down the doors to tell their story, and the State Department would be releasing all of the cables, emails and ophone records to prove it. In fact, Rudy, Mulvaney and Trump have all admitted the crimes. The "transcript" of the perfect call shows the contours of a crime - release the FULL transcript. Depositions fill in missing details to timeline going back to April of this shakedown. At the moment, actual facts and testimony show a damning story of extortion, bribery and obstruction. |
What did Biden do, other than carry out the bi-partisan policy of the United States of America? |
Biden openly pursued the official policy of the US and the policy we coordinated with the EU and the IMF |

LOL
NBC News @NBCNews Analysis: The first two witnesses called Wednesday testified to President Trump's scheme, but lacked the pizzazz necessary to capture public attention. https://twitter.com/NBCNews/status/1194830580896145408 Shorter: Impeachment hearing was a snoozefest. |
Nothing. Absolutely nothing. He did what he was supposed to do. Like most patriotic public servants who take a OATH. |
Doing the right thing is not always exciting. Trump won thanks in part to his 1930s Germany style rallies. So yeah, I guess that’s winning. |
Nope. He'd have been gone. There would have been a few Democrats that would have pulled shenanigans, sure, but he'd have resigned. The GOP have, since the time of Newt Gingrich, been united in their messaging. Unfortunately, their messages have also been largely BS and short-sighted (how much money and power can I grab now, the rest of the world be damned). But they have been really good at delivering their lies. I'd admire it if it wasn't so damaging, unethical and awful. |
Yeah. If you’ve got an eighth grade education. It isn’t supposed to be entertaining. Sorry if reasoning is hard for you. |
Is it supposed to be entertainment? |
Boldface lie and libs shrug. |
Because as we saw yesterday, it’s all passed along BS. Then Schiff claimed he didn’t know who the whistleblower was. They need to stay clean away. |
Meh. Trump and Co. have been lying their a$$es off since day one and cons have been shrugging just as long. |

The testimony as a whole is dramatic - our president tried to enlist the help of a foreign government to ensure reelection, dragged careerists through the mud to do so, caused damage to national security all the while, caused Ukrainians to die while waiting for the aid that was ultimately released because the scheme was going public, and has lied about it over and over ever since. How is that not exciting enough for people? Why must it be entertaining to be important?
What I hate about our current world is the public need for drama. I'm a criminal defense lawyer and every day it's drama drama drama - people thinking their relationships are only relevant if they're fighting. Thinking that Real Housewives-esque drama is the only way to live, and that news only matters if it's dispensed in little drama-filled snippets. Life isn't supposed to be drama. It's supposed to be about being a good person, caring for others, being ambitious without hurting other people. We're never going to be ok as a country if we insist that exciting soundbites fill every public moment. |
Go back and listen to the testimony |
You’re so so sad and un-American. The GOP is nothing but lies and felonies. |
