Actually, they didn't answer the question. They both stayed absolutely silent, which could have lots of meanings. Maybe they hadn't, maybe they had but it was classified, maybe it didn't occur in the first place.

It is a conspiracy theory. It has been debunked based on timing and broader context - it was bi-partisan to get rid of the Prosecutor, because HE WASN'T INVESTIGATING THE CORRUPTION - this was US Policy, and EU Policy. It was done because it was policy and not for Biden's personal gain. If you think this is real, then you have fallen prey to propaganda.

I don’t understand the pp’s post. Are you referring to then VP Biden because Kent was asked about this and he testified that Biden’s efforts were part of a highly public and whole of government effort to get rid of a corrupt Ukrainian prosecutor

Let's say Hunter Biden is guilty of being a US Government mole at the behest of his dad. Trump's actions - asking directly for foreign help in the 2020 election and enlisting Rudy Guiliani to work outside of 'regular government' to investigate it would still be illegal. The follow-on obstruction of justice is also illegal. If this were really about a legitimate investigation, the US Law Enforcement would be able to handle it directly, working with their peers in Ukraine and under international law. Why wouldn't Trump have had his administration just do that?
