Is VDA the best club to get recruited from?

Copa is tons of fun. My kid had a ball.

There is a thread on it here and Talking. Competition isn’t there as the high talent level avoids it but it makes for some good instaposts with trophies if you win. Shows DD is semi serious about playing competition.

Thats a good pt PP. Does come off a bit hypocritical. However not all kids get treated the same.

What comes off hypocritical? Vda has players playing high school and they have players playing at Copa Talento and they have players playing in the Easter tournament in Florida. This is just like every club.

It is interesting to see how many parents that aren’t at Vda like to discuss Vda on DCUM.

The consensus is parents feel pressured not to let their kids play for whatever stupid reason. Keep up. Some parents feel its a downgrade but those in the know feel like DD will get targeted for playing. Could be smoke and mirrors as it sounds like a dumb excuse.

Anyways happy Easter for all hopefully

My DD played in the U11 girls bracket and the competition was awesome. Especially in the semi's and finals.

100%, I feel bad for the parents that didn't allow their dc to play high school
VSA bags showed up for evaluations at that other cant get right club that needs to fill roster spots asap.

Nothing to get excited about. Does say that parents are now not buying into the VDA pathway or simply chasing the badge.

Meh

VDA pathway, what is that process?

All thanks to VDA 🤜🤛🤜🤛🤜🤜🤜🤜training and the best Players and BPs
Vision🤛

Seriously are the parents who dont let their kiddos play HS just scared their kids aren’t good enough to work back into rotation if they get injured. Or is the fear they wont standout and will be exposed for being too on a team they have no business being on?

Asking for a few coaches and friends.

Where will your DD improve? Playing high school soccer or in their normal club environment? It’s probably different for everyone. My DD is definitely improving not playing high school.

God forbid they have "fun"

DD is trying to get recruited and improve as a player at VDA.

Keep drinking from the VDA kool-aid; if your dd get recruited it is on her not VDA.

Y'all “have fun” wherever you’re at.
