She's not going to dump him. They will stay happily married. I'm not understanding how they are going to make money, since they can't use any aspect of HRH-ness to earn a living. They can't go to events unless invited, they aren't part of even the outer-inner circle. If Meghan starts acting again or peddling wares, then don't they lose whatever veneer of class they had?

They have more than enough cash to live very quiet lives, but what are they going to do with themselves to keep busy? Charity work, but without the HRH-ness will they have the same pull and cache as charity celebrities?

I predict that after the Queen dies and Charles becomes king, they might try to reintegrate in a lesser official role.

He remains a prince. He will use the Duke of Sussex title, but he was born a prince and remains one.

Also they retain the HRH titles. They just agreed to not use them because they aren't working as royals. They can go back to using them if they go back to working as royals.

And I'm pretty sure that Harry is very happy with this arrangement. He has wanted out of his role as a senior role since he was in his 20s. This is as much his idea as Meghan's idea.

Meghan's going to act and be a spokesperson and start a lifestyle company and do some work for charities. Paltrow and Winfrey made huge amounts of money doing lifestyle companies and if she does one that is half as successful she will be very wealthy. Harry will join a bunch of boards and be a spokesperson and do some work for charities and maybe help with the lifestyle stuff.

I think it’s much more his idea, which is why she went back to Canada and didn’t call in to the summit. He had a clear vision on what he wanted to take with them. I think she just wanted out no matter what.
