Looks like it is already a disaster now that more details are coming out. No more tiaras and Now they are only going to events if invited. Not allowed to be brand ambassadors, not allowed to used Queens name in any commercial adventure, no using word royal highness. The optics look indeed like regular folk. In one day they are less than Fergies kids. This is pretty bad and he will regret this as his identity has been stripped. The one good thing is the will go over this in a year, maybe by then something better will be worked out. He should stay royal and she is not and can pursue her acting career. Maybe a middle ground. I am starting to feel bad for them. They had no clue what they did.
