Me too. Or Theon killing him would work for me too.

Yes, I thought Theon for a quick second, but I still don't have a ton of pity for him since he killed those boys and betrayed the Starks.

I vote that Ghost kills him. I think it is fitting since he's had his dogs tear apart so many people.

Did anybody else just die laughing at Ramsay and Osha's initial exchange?

Ramsay asks her a question about flaying.

Osha: "Do you eat them after?"

Ramsay: *gets this puzzled WTF look* No!

Osha: "Then I've seen worse."

Ramsay: *shows a look of real humor before getting back to the business at hand*

Cannabalism, apparently, is where Ramsay draws the line.

That is exactly what it was, though Cersei (former queen, mother of current king) lost control of her scheme.

The High Sparrow gained a following because the common people of Westeros were losing everything because of the war. Their towns are sacked, crops stolen, women raped, all because of the War of the 5 Kings. The High Sparrow traveled the countryside collecting followers by helping them, and by denouncing the war as unholy. Eventually they make it to King's Landing where they amass even more followers.

Cersei goes to talk to the High Sparrow, intending to stop him from spreading dissent and organizing the common people. Instead, she senses an opportunity to rid herself of Margery and gain control of King's Landing again. She revives an old order known as the Faith Militant and gives them equal power as the crown and tells the High Sparrow all about the sins of the Tyrells, making up stories about Margery's lack of virtue and confirming that Loras is gay. The Faith arrests both Margery and Loras, but then the High Sparrow has Cersei arrested as well because she fornicated with her brother, committing incest as well as adultery, and she gets tossed in the hoosegow as well.

Cersei is now aligning herself with the Tyrells since they have an army (remember the crown does not have an army, just the kingsguard and the city watch) and can stop the High Sparrow. I'm sure she has something in her back pocket to take them out when this is all over though.

Why don't they have an army anymore?

They never had an army. The crown doesn't have an army. Only the individual houses have armies made of bannermen loyal to their houses, hence why the alliances/bending the knee/swearing fealty are so important. The crown needs armies and money.

But the Lannisters do have an army. So why use the Tyrell army -- risking bringing it into the city -- as opposed to the Lannister army? In the books at leaat, I thnk the Lannister army is largely depleted and/or fighting in the Riverlands (they still haven't taken over the Tully castle of Riverrun), the family is not as rich (anymore) as the Tyrells, and Kevan Lannister (the hand of the King) + the King promised not to use its army against the Faith Militant. Or am I missing something? And is this a trap by Cersei for the Tyrells -- having them take on the Faith Militant and incurring the wrath of the people?

Cersei doesn't control that army, though. Uncle Kevan controls the Lannister army, because he holds Castlerly Rock. Tommen could call it up, but Tommen is weak and won't do it.

Olenna has the authority to call up the Tyrell's. She is the de facto head of her house, especially with Loras in prison.

Mace Tyrell, Olenna's son is currently the Lord of High Garden. Loras is just the heir. But yes, I agree that Olenna is in charge.

What is your favorite made-up GOT name?

I'm digging Olenna and Loras, although it makes me think of Lorax.

Whatever happened to Bronn? I miss him - he was a great character, and his dynamic with Tyrion, and later Jamie, was something I looked forward to every week. He just kind of disappeared after boarding the boat with Jamie at the end of last season... Did I miss anything?

Ramsey is no dire wolf.

Ghost and Shaggydog (assuming he's alive). Or Nymeria and her pack. Or all of them.

I'd forgotten about Bronn! In the books at least he marries the daughter of a minor lord, becoming a minor lord himself. That's how Cersei gets rid of him, so he won't defend Tyrion. The Jamie and Bronn bro-trip to Dorne didn't happen in the books.

Didn't one of the Sand Snakes bite him as a going away 'kiss' on the dock? I can't remember. I know she poisoned him and then gave him an antidote in the jail.

Bronn made it back from Dorne, we just haven't seen him yet this season.

Two new "theories" I read this morning were that the letter Ramsey sent to Jon actually came from Little Finger as it kept repeating the phrase "Come and See" which is what Little Finger said when he gave the gift of the falcon to the annoying boy. What do you think? Letter from Ramsey or Little Finger? And if it's from LF what is he planning?

And then the clothes Jon Snow was wearing when the letter arrived... same Stark armor that Robb was wearing at the Red Wedding and same armor that was worn in the flashback scene Bran viewed when he saw his father at the Tower of Joy. People are speculating his means Jon will indeed go fight.

How do people notice this stuff? I feel like I have to go back now and re-watch all 4 episodes so I can catch these tiny details.

I was reading about the fact that "Come and See" part of the letter is really a biblical reference- from Wikipedia: derives from Chapter 6 of The Apocalypse of John, in which "Come and see" (Greek: ????? ??? ???, Erchou kai ide!) is said in the first, third, fifth, and seventh verses[Rev 6:1,3,5,7] as an invitation to look upon the destruction caused by the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse.

I think he creators of the show also made mention in the behind the scenes that Jon and Sansa were dressed to mirror Catelyn and Ned from early on.
