I was reading about the fact that "Come and See" part of the letter is really a biblical reference- from Wikipedia:  derives from Chapter 6 of The Apocalypse of John, in which "Come and see" (Greek: ????? ??? ???, Erchou kai ide!) is said in the first, third, fifth, and seventh verses[Rev 6:1,3,5,7] as an invitation to look upon the destruction caused by the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse.

I think he creators of the show also made mention in the behind the scenes that Jon and Sansa were dressed to mirror Catelyn and Ned from early on.[/quote]
