NBC news today: President Donald Trump’s approval rating is the highest it’s been during his time in the White House
55 percent support his border policies 45 percent his foreign policy 44 percent economy |
Oh you mean news sources that have no intention of reporting in a fair and balanced way? because the owners of these publications all have their own agendas? |
Highe rates meant higher prices for the past, I dont know, 2 years. Surely there must be some rate level that will make prices low? Rates must be the answer, somehow. |
Let them drive used Teslas. If they die in a fireball they won't need to buy another car. |
Well tariffs on lumber are going to increase building costs.
So… more expensive new construction. Higher house prices. |

The Trump administration is a less reliable source. Counting people (at Inauguration 2016) was their first bald-faced "alternative fact". |
Yep, this is how awful Trump and Biden have been. Their approval ratings have been historically low to the extent that they can only be compared with themselves and each other (and maybe Carter). January 2029 can not come fast enough and no, we're not making the foolish mistake of going back to Biden in 2028 like the stupid GOP did with Trump 2024. |
The media is so blatantly pro-Trump it's sickening. |
Fewer immigrants doing manual construction work also drives up new housing prices. |
very. It’s because they are scared. Pathetic. |
scared is part of it. but also he's just a constant content click machine. eyeballs go up every time trump says or does something outrageous; fear and other strong emotions drive traffic. the media never figured out how to cover biden in a way people would respond to - until they got to "he's so OLD" and then that drove traffic, too. the incentives are there to keep covering trump, because he gives them what they need. - i used to be in media |
Do you not remember the housing collapse in 2008? Under W? Prices dropped dramatically (maybe a third) but no one could afford to buy them. It wasn’t some nirvana. |
