2024 POTUS - polling only

Harris up by 1 in an NPR poll and tied in Marist and Pew national polls. Not good.

No shit. Trump is letting this one slip away. I can't believe that f***er is going to lose *again.*

He won on a freak of electoral chance in 2016, got clobbered in 2018, lost in 2020, messed up the red wave in 2022, and here we go again.

The North Carolina Supreme Court ruled RFK has to be removed from the ballots. This is good for Trump. These liberal pollsters had both Clinton and Biden leading Trump in North Carolina, yet Trump won both elections in North Carolina. I don’t see why Harris would beat him when she is polling far worse than Clinton and Biden in most national polls.

The chance that she has is based on the Governor's race, because the GOP candidate is simply that bad.

A tied election or a Harris one-point national lead favors Trump. The election is not won by the popular vote, but by the electoral college, and Trump would win easily with national results like that.

Trump leads Harris by just 2 points in Florida: Poll

Winning Florida would make just about everything else negligible in terms of an Electoral College map...I don't think Trump would have a path to victory if that were to happen.

Lots of reasons that Trump needs to watch out there. The abortion ballot. The loss of many elderly voters to Covid. His massive unpopularity with Jewish voters. Plus the abject failure of the “culture war” policies.

And families of felons probably don’t think it’s fair he gets to vote - though I don’t know if that’s a significant demographic.

Having family there who are Jewish, Trump has shown to be the better friend to Israel and Jews in America. All this antisemitism and threatening Jewish students on college campuses is horrific. This is happening under Harris!

All the Jewish friends of my parents who live in Florida and their community there are voting for Trump.

The Dems have shown they care more about Islamic vote of people in Michigan compared to Jewish voters.

Trump is an anti-semite whose daughter married a pro-Likud authoritarian Jew. He stereotypes them (I like my accountants wearing yamuke's) and suggests that Jews have an automatic allegiance to israel (Jews can go back there if they don't like it in the US) and he sides with the "Rapture" Evangelicals for israel strength against the Palestianians, which are areally just his anti-Muslim hate coming through.

He is no friend of Jews at all.

Okay but a brand new Quinnipiac poll has Harris up by 3 points in North Carolina. Obviously Trump has no chance of winning if Harris takes North Carolina. So which poll should we believe?

I am as terrified as anyone - but I feel like AZ is going to go for Harris.

Nope, the failed border czar is losing in Arizona.

As soon as Trump got out of office the border “issues” went away.

Yeah, when Trump was in office, there was an invisible force field that miraculously stopped migrants from crossing the border.

Although I think NC is about tied right now, and that Harris would win today, state polls always lag national polls.

Which of those polls is not correctly posted?

I'm sure the polls are fine. His claim that the EC isn't close is BS.

I’m glad democrats are finally caring about the “Islamic vote” as you put it. There are close to 2 billion (that’s a “b”) Muslims in the world and only about 15 million Jews. Muslim lives matter. The US is on the wrong side of history when it comes to Israel. The global south knows this. Thankfully some Americans are starting to realize that they have been lied to for decades about Israel.

Which Muslim teams are you cheering for in the bracket tournament of a Muslim groups genociding each other?

Ironically, undecided voters spend a lot less time following political news than decided voters.

The debates matter and the conventions matter. Good luck in next week's pools.
